Return or Exchange Policy:
Mismon provides a return policy to its customers within 3 days from the date of purchase of the product if it is not opened or used, and replacement within two years from the date of purchase of the product in case of manufacturing defects.
– Receipt of the product for maintenance and replacement is done through our representative to and from the door of the house.
Steps for return or exchange:
– Returns are within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original when purchased and has not been used.
– Our representative will communicate with you set an appointment for the return of the product with all its accessories, any gifts provided, and the original purchase invoice, free of charge in order to excel and improve the level of customer service.
– The product is delivered to Aramex by customers in areas not covered by representatives, and you will be provided with a bill of lading from the company that guarantees you free shipping.
– After the product is refunded, it will be inspected by technicians in the company’s competent technical department within 3 working days of receiving it to submit the technical report.
– After confirmation by the technicians that the product, all its accessories, and any gifts provided with it have not been used and in their original condition, the value of the product will be transferred to your bank account within two working days.
– Your bank account number must be delivered at the time of delivery of the product in any approved way that suits you, it must be authenticated, and the company does not incur the handover or incorrect delivery of the bank account.
